Energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive approach that works with the body’s subtle energy fields. Through light touch, it supports the body’s natural ability to release blockages, restore balance, and realign with its own rhythm. It’s not about “fixing,” but about remembering what’s already whole within you. In this work, I experience frequency as the energetic state of wholeness—both within myself and in the space I hold for others. When I tune into this frequency, I’m simply anchoring the vibration of healing, presence, and trust so your own system can remember how to return to balance.
You’ll remain fully clothed and either lie down or sit—whatever feels most comfortable for you. The session may include gentle touch, energy scanning, release and restore. Chakra balancing with crystals is included in the Full Alignment Session. Every session is intuitively guided based on what your body and energy present in the moment.
Clients remain fully clothed throughout the session, and it’s recommended to wear soft, comfortable lightweight fabrics to allow for a more comfortable and effective experience.
Everyone responds differently. Some clients feel lighter, more focused, or deeply relaxed. Others may feel emotional release or clarity in the days following and although rare, some have experienced detox symptoms. Your experience is personal and may continue to unfold after the session. It is recommended to drink a lot of water afterwards and plan for some quiet time to relax and integrate.

Every healing journey is different. For some, a single session is all that’s needed to experience clarity, release, or reconnection. For others, the work may unfold more gradually over several sessions.
It’s common to begin with 2–3 sessions within the first few weeks to allow the energy to settle and integrate. From there, some clients continue weekly or monthly, while others return only when they feel called.

Yes! Clients receive free parking for up to 3 hours at the Cotton Exchange lot (entrance on Grace Street between Front and Water). Take your ticket with you for validation during your appointment. Clear directions to the suite are provided here.
No. All sessions are by appointment only to ensure enough preparation work is done by the practitioner to create a quiet, intentional space for each client.

Payment is due at the time of your session. I accept all major credit cards (via Square) and cash. A credit card is required to hold your appointment, but it will not be charged in advance. You may reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment with no fee. A $35 fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time.
